1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Texas Wine Experience website (“Website”) or purchasing tickets to the Texas Wine Experience event (“Event”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Website or purchase tickets.
2. Event Information
Texas Wine Experience is a curated wine tasting event held in Austin, Texas.

3. Age Requirement
All guests must be 21 years of age or older to attend.
A valid, government-issued ID is required for entry
Entry may be denied without proper identification
No exceptions will be made
4. Event Participation
By attending the Event, you acknowledge and agree:
The Event includes the consumption of alcoholic beverages
You are responsible for drinking responsibly
Texas Wine Experience reserves the right to refuse service or remove any guest who is visibly intoxicated, disruptive, or behaving inappropriately
The Event may include both indoor and outdoor (tented) environments.
5. Ticketing & Timed Entry
Tickets are sold for designated 90-minute tasting windows.
Guests must attend during their selected time slot
Late arrival may result in reduced tasting time and will not qualify for a refund
Re-entry may not be permitted
6. Ticket Sales & Payments
All ticket purchases are processed through secure third-party platforms.
By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that:
You are authorized to use the selected payment method
All information provided is accurate
You will not initiate fraudulent chargebacks
We reserve the right to cancel any transaction suspected of fraud.
7. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Unless otherwise stated:
All ticket sales are final
No refunds will be issued for missed attendance or schedule conflicts
This is a rain or shine event
If the Event is canceled by Texas Wine Experience, ticket holders will be notified regarding rescheduling or refund options.
8. Event Changes
Texas Wine Experience reserves the right to make changes to the Event as needed, including:
Participating wineries or vendors
Event layout or flow
Timing or programming
These changes do not qualify for refunds.
9. Photography & Media Release
By attending the Event, you grant permission for Texas Wine Experience and its partners to:
Capture photo and video content
Use this content for marketing, promotional, and editorial purposes
If you prefer not to be photographed, please notify event staff.
10. User Conduct
Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward event staff, vendors, and other attendees.
Texas Wine Experience reserves the right to remove any guest who engages in:
Disruptive or unsafe behavior
Harassment or inappropriate conduct
Violation of event or venue rules
No refund will be issued in these cases.
11. Intellectual Property
All Website and Event materials - including branding, logos, text, and imagery - are the property of Texas Wine Experience and may not be used without written permission.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Texas Wine Experience and its partners, vendors, and affiliates shall not be liable for:
Personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during the Event
Indirect or incidental damages
Event disruptions due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, vendor cancellations, or other unforeseen circumstances
Attendance and participation in the Event are at your own risk.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Texas Wine Experience and its partners, vendors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of:
Your participation in the Event
Your violation of these Terms
14. Privacy

15. Modifications
Texas Wine Experience reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the Website or attendance at the Event constitutes acceptance of any updates.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
