The Texas Wine Experience is designed as a guided, self-paced tasting event. During your selected 90-minute window, you’ll move through Guad Haus at your own pace, sampling wines and engaging directly with the winemakers behind each bottle.

Unlike a traditional festival, this experience is intentionally paced to allow for meaningful conversations, discovery, and a more relaxed environment.

Each ticket includes access to all participating Texas wineries during your selected 90-minute time window, along with sample tastings at each station. 

Guests will also have the opportunity to meet winemakers and winery teams, learn more about each bottle, and purchase wine on-site. 

To maintain a comfortable and enjoyable flow throughout the space, the event is divided into four staggered 90-minute tasting windows: 

• 11:00 AM – 12:30 PM 

• 12:30 PM – 2:00 PM 

• 2:00 PM – 3:30 PM 

• 3:30 PM – 5:00 PM 

This structure ensures that the environment remains relaxed, not overcrowded, and allows each guest the opportunity to fully experience the wines and interact with participating wineries. 

You’ll select your preferred time window when purchasing your ticket.

We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes before your selected time window to allow time for check-in. 

Entry will begin at the start of each time slot, and guests will be admitted as quickly as possible. Arriving early helps ensure you can enjoy the full 90-minute experience. 

Please have your ticket confirmation ready upon arrival to help keep check-in quick and seamless. 

No. The Texas Wine Experience is intentionally designed to feel more intimate and curated than a traditional large-scale wine festival. 

You can expect a more refined, social atmosphere with space to move comfortably, ask questions, and truly enjoy each tasting. 

Yes. All participating wineries will have bottles available for purchase, allowing you to take home your favorites from the day. 

The event will take place at Guad Haus in Central Austin.

Yes, free parking is plentiful in the surrounding area, including adjacent neighborhood streets and the DPS building located directly across from Guad Haus. Rideshare is also encouraged for convenience. 

We recommend allowing a few extra minutes to park and check in before your selected time window. 

We recommend an elevated casual look - think comfortable, put-together, and easy to move in while you sip and explore. 

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. 

Tickets may be transferred to another guest. The new guest must present the original ticket confirmation at check-in. 

Yes. All guests must be 21 years of age or older and present a valid ID upon arrival. This event is for adults only - children and infants are not permitted. 

The event will take place rain or shine. Guests will move between indoor and outdoor areas throughout the experience, with outdoor spaces tented to provide coverage.
